As a Cloud Specialized Sales Manager you...
  • identify customer’s needs and requirements
  • provide important input for the further development of our products and services
  • define and establish appropriate pre-sales activities
  • run market analysis,identify new prospective clients and create awareness to Syncier
  • conduct competitor analysis
  • maintain the sales funnel and develop opportunities until closing of contract
  • visit and care for potential and existing customers on a regular basis
  • are in charge of financial controlling for customer projects

  • have proven track of successful sales activities 
  • worked in a sales department / environment for at least 3-5 years
  • are familiar with the (insurance) technology industry

  • are talented in creating and maintaining a network

  • accompany a customer from first interest up to the end of the customer project runtime

          Senior Scrum Master - Syncier Marketplace

          We as the Syncier Marketplace are a one of the main ventures of Syncier. We want to enable and master digital transformation in the insurance industry. To achieve this goal we design, develop and integrate our Syncier Marketplace for the easy usage of digital insurance services based on API technology.

You will be a central part in our Marketplace team and work closely together with our newly born development and devops team.

          As a Senior Scrum Master you...
          • Promote and support Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. Educate the team, make the team effective and be a servant-leader.
          • Organize and moderate scrum-related ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, grooming meetings, spring closure, planning and retrospectives
          • Help grow two development teams, Motor Services and Marketplace Platform, developing two independent products and one small and common DevOps team using Kanban.
