We are Syncier, an insurtech that originated from a group of seasoned professionals of the insurance industry in Munich. Our mission is to free insurance industry from commodities and bring it into the digital age.

We as the Syncier Marketplace are a one of the main ventures of Syncier. We want to enable and master digital transformation in the insurance industry. To achieve this goal we design, develop and integrate our Syncier Marketplace for the easy usage of digital insurance services based on API technology.

You will be a central part in our Marketplace business team and work closely together with our business director, the whole Marketplace team and the account management team to bring the Marketplace to the next level.

As a Senior Specialist Sales Manager you...
  • generate and evaluate leads, drive deals and acquire new partner and customer
  • will be responsible for generating interest and pitching the Marketplace and its offered solutions to potential clients
  • create and communicate technical and architectural solutions with and to our clients
  • enhance our sales strategy and prepare and execute our international go-to market
  • negotiate contracts with our customers and partners
  • drive the Marketplace toward a scaling ecosystem with strong network effects and highly motivated partners
  • closely communicate with our business director and the account management team to sharpen the value proposition of our marketplace and our service offering
  • represent Syncier Marketplace on conferences and networking events

You are the right person, if you...
  • 6+ years experience of customer facing experience in Sales, Presales or Account Management
  • have experience in IT and software sales in insurance or finance industry
  • hold the ability to assess strategic potentials and define sales and go-to-market strategies
  • have experience in building up a Marketplace ecosystem
  • like to work with a proactive entrepreneurial mindset, enthusiasm and passion to grow our business
  • have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to effectively present to all levels of management
  • hold an university degree in business, information systems, computer science, technology management or related subjects
  • speak fluent German and English
