As Customer Success Manager you...
- support the implementation of Syncier Cloud products and services for our customers
- act as the single point of contact for our customers
- accompany a customer from first interest up to the end of the customer project runtime
- if required, take over the project management on Syncier Cloud side
- are the interface between the customer and our internal engineering and business team
- support the preparation of Proof of Concepts and pilot implementations
You are the right person, if you...
- are passionate about cloud technology and are willing to dig into technical topics
- have proven track of actions within cloud technology consulting and/or sales
- are experienced in handling challenging customer projects (waterfall as well as agile)
- feel comfortable with communicating at all levels of hierarchy
- have relevant university STEM education, are fluent in English and are able to communicate effectively in a team
- are willing to travel on a regular basis within the DACH region (depending on the need to be onsite at the customer’s office)
